The location is fantastic, and just a very short walk to the Rundetaarn (round tower) & about a 15 min walk to Nyhavn. Lots of shops & restaurants nearby but there’s no need to venture out of the hotel as the bars & restaurants are phenomenal. The reception staff were all super friendly & helpful throughout our stay. The mini bar was free & replenished on request. As we were visiting for my Sister’s birthday, the reception staff gave us complimentary cakes in cafe duse. The service in Neni was also faultless. The sauna was open 10am-10pm during our stay in January & was clean & lovely to relax in. The reception desk provides robes, slippers & towels for this. We stayed in room 267 & it was very quiet & we couldn’t hear any noise from the other rooms. There’s a safe & regular sized hairdryer in the room also. Absolutely loved the decor! Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located just around the corner from Købmagergade, one of the city’s busiest shopping streets, and perfectly placed between the Round Tower and Strøget, Copenhagen’s famous pedestrian avenue. Top attractions like Rosenborg Castle, Nyhavn, Tivoli Gardens, Kongens Nytorv, and many more are easily reachable on foot. I really enjoyed my stay here – the hotel is very original in its design and radiates a sense of coziness, comfort, and warmth that the Danes would probably call “hygge.” The breakfast was excellent – not your standard, boring buffet, but rather a high-quality and carefully curated selection. The staff, both in the restaurant and at the hotel, were friendly and attentive throughout my stay.

A great cool and funky hotel, a really lovely warm comfy homely vibe, a great bar with amazing staff. I highly recommend the jungle Bird cocktail if you like something similar, but better, than a margarita! I loved the record room and all of the extra little spaces, and features like the nodding dogs, the artwork, the dinosaurs etc. The on-site restaurant is lovely too, great food, a real sharing vibe and super tasty. The room was super comfy and I slept super well but maybe that was all the walking. Also from our room we could see the viewing platform on the top of the round tower, they couldn't see us but it was a nice little delight to see it.

Had a three night stay here. The hotel itself is quite nice, colorful, quite a big, five floor building, but with three quick elevators. The style is a matter of taste, I personally liked the colors, but found the hallways a bit too dormitory-like. The room itself was comfortable, but a glass, see-through "window" into the shower, and the sink inside the room with a separate toilet room may be a deal breaker for some. I stayed alone so didn't mind that at all. The view from my room was nothing special, but not bad either. The breakfast nice and sufficient, with efficient staff.

This was our second time staying at this property and it really is our favorite hotel in Copenhagen; stylish and comfortable, super friendly staff, great beds, excellent breakfast and a fabulous location.
